What makes our Fudge so special?

We source only the highest quality non-gmo raw ingredients we can find to make our fudge by hand in small batches.

Pure cane sugar

We use an unrefined, verified non-gmo, pure cane sugar that is squeezed and the juice left to evaporate from freshly harvested sugarcane.

Certified Organic Chocolate

Our chocolate is sourced from single-origin, organic, fine aroma Criollo cacao beans, grown in the foothills of the Andes Mountains leading down to the Amazon Rainforest.

We make our chocolate “Bean to Bar At Source” which means that the cocoa beans are fresher and younger when they are made into chocolate. The beans travel very minimally, from cacao bean field to local village to collection point and on to the nearby chocolate factory.

NO Artificial Colorings, Preservatives or Flavorings

Every ingredient we use is all natural and plant based.

We make our own Vanilla.

Any colors or flavors are all natural and plant based.

Gluten Free

All of our fudge is also Gluten Free.

We are working on some dairy free and sugar free options we hope to release later this year.

Our Dark chocolate contains ALL ORGANIC Ingredients: Cane Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Cocoa Butter.

Our White chocolate contains ALL Natural ORGANIC ingredients: Cocoa Butter, Raw cane Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Rice Syrup Solids, Rice Maltodextrin, Vanilla and Salt.
